Last Friday, November 4th, we hosted our monthly “asado” grass-fed beef tasting at Gaucho Ranch. We mingled, drank Uruguayan wines, and of course, indulged in delicious grass-fed beef! It was a huge success thanks to the help of our hostess Adrianna Giacomarosa and grill Master Horacio Verdura. We would also like to give a special thank you to photographer Rafael Balcazar for taking these amazing photos at the event!

Adding Grass Fed Beef to this recipe would give it an even richer flavor. I can’t wait to try it out.
