It looks as if 2012 is going to be a good year for grass-fed beef! According to new data, consumers are increasingly growing concerned about where their beef is coming from and the environment in which the cows are raised. Additionally, consumers are concerned about what substances are given to the cows to assist in their health and growth. According to a recent study, 75% of American citizens want the U.S. government to restrict antibiotics fed to the farm animals.
