Last Friday evening, we hosted another successful grass-fed meat tasting at Iron Side Cafe! Guests sampled a selection of grass-fed beef cuts that ranged from picanha to skirt and strip steak. We all drank delicious wine, mingled with other guests, and enjoyed the beautiful Miami night under the stars! All in all, it was a great way to spend a Friday night! We would like to thank Grill Master Horacio Verdura and Fernando Nascimento for inviting us to host this event at Iron Side Cafe! Many thanks!!
