Gaucho Tasting Success

We had the pleasure of being invited to conduct a tasting at Jim’s place, one of our greatest and best customers.  So we packed up our tools, a lot of Gaucho beef cuts including Tenderloin, Shortrib, Ribeyes, and of course Don Julio’s famous Argentinean style sausages and drove to Coral Gables, Miami.  It was a beautiful day to be outdoors grilling.  We arrived at a beautiful house with a gorgeous garden and Don Julio started up the grill, half an hour later guest began arriving.  With Chimichurri on the table we began serving “chorizo” and everyone loved every bite.  Soon we had people by the grill looking at wood logs and perfect fire.  Everyone tried all of our cuts and raved, we had wine, empanadas, salad, beef, and for dessert Chaja ( a Uruguayan cake) and coffee.  Everyone had a great time and talked about the beef in particular the tenderloin cut and Don Julio’s grilling technique which as always was superb.  We’d like to thank Jim and his family for hosting us and of course everyone who attended.  Our “Asado” parties are by invitation only, if you would like to sign up please email and let us know you’re interested.

    essential in your practical experience, the company or the wine by itself?
