Grass-fed “Parrillada” : Choripan, Chivitos, Empanadas

There is no better way to spend your lunch hour (Friday May 7, 2010) then by having some of the most authentic “Chivitos” in town.  For those of you who don’t know what “Chivitos” are: they are mouth-watering Uruguayan traditional sandwiches that use the tenderloin cut (Fillet Mignon).  Our Grill Master Don Julio will be cooking up a storm between 1:00PM and 4:00PM.  There will also be delicious “empanadas” (chicken & beef patties), and “choripan” (a traditional Sausage Sandwich).  If you’re in Miami come by and have a great lunch.  When you get here come through the back of the building that’s where we’ll be.  This event is only for Miami Locals, Password: Gaucho 🙂
