We are excited to announce our new chef, he is absolutely everything you need when trusting someone with your food, creative with a keen vision for flavor and just crazy enough to make any dish a masterpiece. Chef Alan Hughes has over 20 years of international experience in leading restaurants around the country and the world. You might have read of him in the Miami New Times and The Miami Herald among other publications. His first restaurant job at the young age of 13 in Argentina was at a “Parrilla” (Steak House) as a waiter so naturally we are excited to have some of his grass-fed recipes.
