Miami News on Grass-fed beef!

For the past year we have followed news about grass-fed beef in the States closely and I have to say it has been sometimes disappointing to see how other major metropolitans around the country have been talking and writing about grass-fed beef and its nutritional benefits for a while.  Our city seemed to have fallen behind on anything green including food or recycling.    Well Miami is finally catching up,  Monday I was surprised to see the article Why does beef from local farms cost so much more than what’s in the grocery store in The Miami Herald.  If you haven’t read it yet take a minute, its an insightful and interesting read and it’s about time.

In other Gaucho news we were featured on the website Living Social last week, its a fantastic website where every day you can get deals on some of your favorite places around town.  The deal is usually for a product or services discounted at least 50% from it’s original value.  Gaucho Ranch sold 205 deals around town and we’re excited to meet our new customers over the next couple of months.

If you live in Coconut Grove you can now buy Gaucho Ranch grass-fed Beef at Milam’s Market by US-1, they have great products and you can pick up anything you need for a great cookout.  Speaking of cookouts we will begin hosting our “Asado” tastings in October.  We invite new customers for an evening of beef tastings, our Grill Master Don Julio cooks whole cuts over wood fire, you bring your own wine and you taste delicious grass-fed beef cooked to perfection.  If you would like to sign up for an invite email us and let us know you would like to attend one of our tastings.

Here is our Miami Weekend Special, only at the Miami location, not valid online.
