Last Friday night, we hosted our monthly grass-fed beef tasting here at Gaucho Ranch, and it was another great success! We enjoyed delicious beef cuts including tender strip loins, succulent rib-eyes, and juicy skirt steaks that were complemented by roasted vegetables. We also indulged and drank an array of South American wines from Uruguay and Argentina. All in all, it was a lovely night full of delicious food, unique wines, and great company!
