Study: Red Meat Improves Mental Health

Hello lady carnivores, I have good news! Looks like eating grass-fed red meat actually improves your mental health. According to a study done at Deakin University in Australia, women who consumed red meat were less likely to report anxiety or depression. It is important to mention the quality of meat consumed in this study that has been largely missing from broader studies linking meat consumption and depression. This study was conducted in Australia where the cattle are grass-fed thus have greater nutritional value. So to be clear, eating grass-fed red meat is linked to reports of greater mental health! So that great news for Gaucho Ranch!!
