Last Friday night on July 27th, we hosted our monthly grass-fed beef tasting named “Gaucho in Wonderland”. Guests arrived promptly as 7pm as we served chorizos, bread and Chimichurri before the main attraction of the night…grass-fed beef! Guests indulged in a variety of different beef cuts that included the succulent rib-eye cut, juicy flap meat (vacio), and the tender striploin cut. Everyone had a great time feasting on delicious meat while drinking red and white wines!
