Last Friday evening, we hosted our monthly grass-fed beef tasting named “Salt, Beef and Fire”. Our grill master Horacio Verdura grilled a variety of different beef cuts that included picanha, New York strip and skirt steak along with an array of grilled vegetables. It was a lovely, breezy Miami fall night spent with family and friends. We all enjoyed delicious wines and, of course, indulged in grass-fed beef grilled to perfection!
