This past week, our local Chef and Grill Master Javier Costa held a juicy catering event for 15 people. On the Menu we had Seabass, finished in the oven with fresh organic lime juice served with a side of yummy mashed carrots garnished with sage. Also prepared was an elegant trip-tip stuffed with fresh mozzarella, red peppers, olives, pancetta, and garden fresh herbs. Sweet mashed potatoes with sliced avocadoes and fresh veggies complemented this savory dish. Thank you Javi for another simple and sublime dinner feast!
