We had a great time the past weekend with Grill Master Javier Costa and chef Nuno Grullon. They prepared great dishes for a fun group of 22 people. The menu included: capresse salad, antipasto, burratas, bruschetas, as the appetizers. They main courses were succulent grass fed beef cuts and organic free range chicken with sides of arugula and cherry tomatoes salad, grill veggies and rosemary potatoes. Coffee espressos were provided by SpressoLight. The dessert: bread pudding with Bertoni’s italian gelato. The colorful dishes will surely catch your eyes.
