It was a perfect evening. The right mix between temperature, sunset sunlight and no mosquitos! Robert asked us to have a wholesome organic grass fed beef cut grilled to pair with some delicious fresh salad and some caramelized onions on the side. We decided to grill for the 60 guests at the garden, one of our favorite cuts: the Tri Tip. We grilled #25 tri tips on an open flame grill in front of the joyous guests.
