If you have ever been in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, for sure you stopped at “La huella” (the footstep) to have a mojito and watch the sunset…. or to enjoy an amazing meal cooked in their wood fire oven-grill. But if you haven’t been, soon you will have the chance in Miami to taste their rustic-flavorful-earthy dishes created by chef Alejandro Morales. We had the opportunity to grill “shoulder to shoulder” with him in a recent private event and to have a lot of fun during the grilling session on the bay.
