Gaucho Tasting at the Rancho

It was a “full house” night at the Rancho. We grilled, organic sausages, blood sausages, pamplonas, skirt tips, flap meat, picanhas, striploins and tenderloins! All cooked on our charcoal-wood fired grill to perfection. I hope you can make it to the next Tasting Event, remember, it is every last Friday of the month.
