Wood fired grilling is the soul of “La Huella” restaurant in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay and very soon they will bring their concept to the heart of Brickell. Designed by “Arquiitectonica” they will be located in the upcoming Brickell Center where you’ll be able to get delicious grass fed Uruguayan beef. They invited us to grill side by side with them at a private event here in Miami. Shrimp skewers, organic pork sausages, grass fed ribeyes, flap meat and tri tips were tasted by all guests paired with mojitos and red wines. The event was perfect success thanks to Laurent Fraticelli it was a pleasure to work with a group of professional and such friendly people. Best of luck to Quinto La Huella!
