The weather in Miami this past Friday evening was perfect for an Asado (South American Style Grilling). The air was crisp and it was a perfect 77 degrees outside, our Grill Master Javi got started lighting up the fire with our natural hardwood charcoal and we were on our way to a great event.
Organic grass fed whole striploin was cooked to perfection along with flap meat, tenderloins marinated in chimichurri, organic chorizos and it’s not an asado without blood sausages (morcillas) and argentinean style empanadas by FUFI. Our wonderful friends at Mimo’s Mozzarella brought some of their delicious artisanal handmade cheeses, be sure to check out their boutique here in Miami.
It was a great event filled with good food and great company.
