We had a great time the past weekend grilling for one of our customers’ family visiting from abroad. We put together a tasting event for a group of 40 people to celebrate their family reunion. The menu included: caprese salad, burratas with truffle oil along with our organic pork sausages and blood sausages as appetizers. The main courses were succulent grass fed beef cuts: skirts tips marinated in chimichurri, flap meat and tenderloins with a simple side of arugula and cherry tomatoes salad.
