Beef, Grill & Fire!

It was a fantastic Friday evening…, perfect temperature, great crowd and the “gauchos” were re-united around the grill to cook for our beloved guests. Over the wood and charcoal fired grill we proudly cooked organic pork sausages, blood sausages and the following grass fed beef cuts from the Pampas of Uruguay: flap meat, short ribs, strip loins, whole flanks and tenderloins marinated in fresh home made chimichurri. Many thanks to our customer friends, neighbors, chefs and vendors for supporting us all these years in our monthly communal gathering around the beef, grill and fire 😉
