Gaucho Ranch celebrated another successful tasting where we featured succulent samples of our “wet aged” rib eye loins, flap meat, short ribs, tenderloins marinated in rich chimichurri sauce, organic pork sausages, “morcillas” and our famous “Matambre a la pizza”. As the fresh cuts were served hot off the grill, our guests enjoyed pairing them with our new Garland Food chimichurri! We are also grateful to Traversa for sponsoring us and providing their unique wine blends from Uruguay accented with the Tannat grape, and many thanks to Mimmo’s for enhancing the experience with their handcrafted cheeses. Newcomers were able to taste FUFI’s authentic, Argentinian empanadas, as they’re always a big hit. Cheers to another success and to many more in the near future!
