It’s been a great experience to have been invited to participate in this “Asado” celebration at the FAENA HOUSE Miami Beach where they just obtained the Certificate of Occupancy for the brand new building. We want to extend our special thanks to Chef Gabriel Ask and Derek Brooks for allowing us to collaborate with the open-fire barbecue that was put together for all the construction workers that are making possible the opening of the FAENA DISTRICT Miami Beach. Gaucho Ranch @ Tomato Festival
Thanks to Claire from The Market Company, Isabella (The Prism Music Group) and the developers of the upcoming Canvas building (90 NE 17th St, Miami) we were invited to the “Tomato Festival”. This fun-farmers-market event was filled with friendly and talkative locals who are excited about the upcoming changes in the area. Live music from students of The Modern School of Music was the the highlight of the day, a fantastic musical treat. We grilled our famous gaucho ranch organic pork sausages with chimichurri and connected with new customers passionate about the quality of the food they bring to their tables.
Matambre Dinner Extraordinaire
We would like to thank our Gaucho amigos, Carlos and Raquel Llovet, for hosting a delicious South American themed dinner party! As a main course, they cooked our savory grass-fed matambre, also known as rose meat,which is an Argentinean staple dish. The matambre was tenderized in milk and then roasted in the oven with an array of organic vegetables. Soooooooo good! 🙂

New Grill Masters, Gaucho Caterers
If you’ve been to one of our delicious Gaucho Beef Tastings you can appreciate a good grill-master. Meet our new Gaucho Grill Masters Miguel & Jorge. It’s the perfect combination of South American style “Asados”, Miguel is from Argentina & Jorge is from Uruguay. You can always see them in action at our tastings and enjoy their cooking techniques. They have just finished designing a new mobile grill for their catering business. Check out the pictures below from one of their latest events.
